Now, the company has over 10,000 employees and they expect the applicant to be part of the team that systematically monitors every single process that happens with their men – and that is where SAP and especially the requirement of the working knowledge of the system comes into play.
One might ask though of course, how much is the usual pay of SAP HR jobs in Dubai? Well, for those who are from the middle to newcomer range into the HR stage with a SAP background, expect a salary range from 6000 - 10000 AED per month while for those on the senior level can expect 18000 – 22000 AED per month. Of course, this is also subject to market trends and such, but considering the stable market history of Dubai there is no expectation for this to change any time soon.
