Topic - Placement Consultancy Fee

Hi,

I need to know the range of Placement Consultancy/Service fee (%age of annual gross?) paid by employers/companies to Placement agencies for placements in Dubai. Need to know the range of fee for different levels of positions (junior to mid management to senior leadership levels). Any reliable source of information will be appreciated.
