before five months back my wife has joined to the Sharjah Privet company and she's under my VISA so last week my wife got some serious sickness and she couldn't go to work we had informed to company owner and she got 3 days leave after that again her sickness got worse doctors ask to go for some ENT Specialist, but sadly her company didn't provide any medical insurance so we decided comeback to Home country and on behalf of her i informed her company manger to the my wife situation is worse and we need to go back to the our country but he started screaming and ask me for some medical report so i frankly told him that please allow few days to fax or email all the report to him but finally
he end up with sharjah Labor Ministry and we got a mail from him regarding labor ministry some appointment dates. regarding her agreement there's no any probation period mention and minimum limited contract period id for 3 years, we are so disappointed with the company, please some one can help me for this situation and also we not able to go for Ministry appointment due to Medical check up and test what shall we do
