Topic - Changing Job to jafza.. (freezone)

Hi ,
i am working in dubai for past 10 years in a private company,and my visa is getting over in july 2012 .now i got an offer from a mutinational company in jebalali freezone.


The current company polices for resigning the job are..

1) Notice period of 90 days.
2) Breaking contract -45days salary.(9 months left to finsh my current contract)

now i need your sugesstions.how i can minmize the 90 days notice period.and what are the diificulties i am going to face (labour or imigration Ban)
