Topic - visa inquiry and benefits of a teacher in uae

Good day! I am a teacher here in Sharjah since november 2010 and i am on school's visa ..... i have only 2000 dirhams salary per month..... I want to bring my 2 children here from the philippines ..... can the school provide visa for them as one of my benefits? ...... i heared from other people that there is a salary bracket requirements for me to be able to sponsor the visa of my children, is that true? How much is the salary bracket? ...... my husband also is working in dubai free zone but having 2, 500 dirhams salary , can we combine our salary so that we can sponsor for the visa of our children?
