i am not sure about migration to singapore but PR is possible with certain conditions of Singapore Govt. If u r looking for a job, its possible for you to do a trial from dubai. You can apply through online job sites.it would be better than you go to singapore.

In fact, Singapore is so hungry for skilled people especially engineers. If you have the talent, experience and a certificate from a reputed organisation then surely you will be recoganized.

you can search and apply jobs through this site. soo many has got opportunities like this. But let me remind you that the expenses in singapore is really higher than uae. UAE is better to save more but singapore is better to live and enjoy.

you need to get an employment pass to work in singapore for that you have to find an employer who is intrested to hire you.try geting an EPEC,The Employment Pass Eligibility Certificate issued by singapore government for candidates who is intrested to find a job in singapore. with EPEC you are eligible for a long term pass mostly for 1 year to search the job in sinagpore. try checking this website https://epec.mom.gov.sg/epec/FAQ. EPEC takes few days to get it done and your success of application depends on your qualification and university name.

what about moving with a tourist visa to singapore from dubai and searching a job. anybody have done this and find a job in singapore. my company is stoping its operations in dubai so need a move immedately. please any suggestions
