Topic - If I do not server Notice period in Free Zone Comp.

Hello All,

I just want to know that if i leave a Free Zone company without serving a notice period (1 month), What will be the deduction from my salary OR If the deduction is going to be happen then in what basis they will deduct. Example- It will be deducted from my Basic salary or from my full Salary.

URGENT Please help !!!
