Hi,

I am working with an LLC under my husband's visa. I have joined on November 2008 with limited contract period of 3 years. I have completed 3 years, and my labour contract is finishing on december and labour card date is valid until January.

So i want to clarify the following.

1. Should i work until my labour card date finishes?
2.Which is ending date for me -Labor contract date or Labor card date?
3. when can i give my notice?- 24 hours or 1 month notice?
4. if i am not giving any notice what will happen?
5. if no action from the HR side what step i should take?
6. If there any ban they can put me if i give 24hours notice?

Please advise me as very urgent.

Hi,

I am working under a free zone company on a limited contract for 1 and a half years and I just resigned a week ago. I am now serving my 1 month notice period. My contract is for 3 years.

My questions are:


Is the notice period that I served will be paid?
Is it true that I have to pay the company 45 days?
Will I still get severance pay/gratuity?

Please advise.
