Topic - Transfer from current company to a Free Zone company

I’ve got an offer from a Free Zone company but I’m still under contract with my present company. My contract is one (1) year “unlimited” and I finished six (6) months so far.

Can someone help me on how to change/transfer from my current company to a Free Zone company?

If my Company issues me an NOC do I still get labour ban?

Do I have to pay the remaining months in my contract to lift the ban?
