Topic - Changing HAAD EXAM sponsorship

Hi

If a GP has initially accepted spnsorship for the HAAD exam from a hospital in abu dhabi, all dataflow verification being complete, but is not able to go for the exam on dec 17 2011, and wants to apply INDEPENDENTLY at the next date, or change the sponsor,then what is the procedure to apply independently? How is the sponsorship cancelled?

What about the Dataflow verification and charges now?
