Topic - Not passing probation - what can the employer do?

Hi

I need some advice as I am very unsure of the law here. I have been working in ABU DHABI for 5 months - I was very ill when I got here and had 2 weeks off work in hospital. My employer was very unsupportive and ever since has made my life hell. He has told me that is is unlikely he will pass my probation despite the fact that my performance is great - he says he does not have to give a reason during probation to terminate me. My question is - what will happen when they fail my probabation - I need to know about my visa, whether i'll be able to stay, whether I'll be able to get another job in Abu Dhabi and most of all I need to know can they take my house from me? The lease is in my name and the money came from my own account. Please help!
