Topic - residency in dubai?

hey em from pakistan.i haf done my mbbs here.now i plan to go to dubai.so what are my chances there?what exam should i give?can i practice in dubai somehow?cox i havent done any residency in pakkistan.and what about usmle?if i give usmle will i be able to practice in dubai?n if there are specific teaching hospitals in dubai or u can apply in any hospital?
