Is it mandatory to inform the employees termination or resignation if the employee has a salary transfer account with that bank. Is that the responsibility of the HR department. One of my employee is terminated and he has outstanding with the banks and whether he need to close all his outstanding if we cancel his visa?

Dear Kenneth,

It is a must to inform to the bank where the employee has salary account. Its the responsibility of an HR department to inform to the concern bank about the termination or resignation of the employee. A bank never gives loan or credit cards to anyone. It is giving on basis of certain conditions. If an employee has a loan or credit card from the salary account means the bank has given the credit on basis of his salary account and the guaranty of the bank is the salary transfer is going through that account.

Hope your doubt is cleared.

Thanks n regards,

Archana
