Human Resource Professional Certification/HR Professional Online Certication/Cources

Human Resource Professional Certification (HR Professional Certification)
Following are the few HR certifications that helps the HR professionals/students or those who are planning to switch to HR career. Many of these are offered online or can do from UAE, Dubai and Abudhabi
Through these certifications you can earn to prove your competence in various areas of human resources. These are offered by multiple institutions, including:
The International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans: Those who complete the required college-level courses and pass their exams can receive a designation in one of three areas: group benefit, retirement, or compensation. You can also simultaneously earn credits towards becoming a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist CEBP.
The American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) Certification Institute: this institute grants nine professional certifications that require passing an exam and proven work experience, along with sixteen short-term certificate programs.
The Society for Human Resource Management: grants two certification levels, the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), both of which require work experience and a passing score on an exam.
World at Work Society of Certified Professionals: through this society, you can become a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), or a Work-Life Certified Professional (WLCP).
Getting a human resource professional certification enhances your skills and proves to employers you possess a certain level of proficiency and even help you advance in your career. Particularly for those students who have a bachelor's degree in an unrelated field, earning one or more certifications may help you obtain a job in human resources without earning a whole new degree.
HR Certificates from The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)
The HR Certification Institute offers four certifications for HR professionals:
PHR (Professional in Human Resources)
SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources)
GPHR (Global Professional in Human Resources)
PHR-CA and SPHR-CA (PHR with state certification in California and SPHR with state certification in California)
Certification is a voluntary action by a professional group to establish a system to grant recognition to professionals who have met a stated level of training and work experience. Certified individuals are usually issued a certificate attesting that they have met the standards of the credentialing organization and are entitled to make the public aware of their credentialed status, usually through the use of initials (i.e., PHR or SPHR) after their names.
Certifications differ from certificate programs because certifications include an experience component. Certificate programs, on the other hand, award certificates once a course of study has been completed and do not require previous work experience.
