Is it right time to change your job in UAE?

Sometimes you feel bored of your work. It may be because of heavy work load or you are tired of your boss being unreasonable or the recession has put you in trouble- layoff, salary reduction, work load due to layoff etc. Are you annoyed by any of these reasons? Are you trying for a change from your current position ? Is it right time to think about a job change?

As 8 years UAE experience working as Senior I can express my opinion regarding the job hunt and current jobs in UAE
we need to look to the no's of traffic jammed points around UAE special in Dubai we can notice no much change, still big amount of cars and employees going every day to work
vacancies around changed from 100% real vacancies to nearly 40% real one as most of agents just advertising not real vacancies to keep them self in the market and to collecting data
we have to admit the vacant job dropped , salary structure changed and type of industry policies changed.
we need to be shaping with the new job market by earning new skills , so we can change our job if we are looking for growth, the huge amounts of applications applying for job from around the world giving the companies a lot of options, so if u r thinking of changing the job in UAE please look for stability companies as first option before looking to the salary or job title becoz a lot of jobs lost became from unstable companies or poor planned and managed organizations
