Our client is looking for Floor Managers to coordinate the customer experience to the company’s vision. The Candidate will be responsible to drive the KPI’s in order to achieve maximum sales potential for the brands targets, build proactive work relations in all areas of staffing, oversee profit and loss for the brands seasonal range of accessories, fragrance, beauty, RTW and SML in order to reach monthly targets, you will oversee all stock and merchandise movements within the brand and work closely with the visual merchandiser’s to maintain the brands global look. Ideal Candidate should have 3 - 5 years experience, Bachelors degree, Strong Management, Interpersonal and communication skills.
