Our client dealing in Building Maintenance Systems is looking to recruit a sales specialist for Dubai region. Civil Engineer having an experience of 5-8 years in marketing and maintenance of building management systems to residential, commercial projects. Would be responsible for the entire life cycle right from identifying key projects, quoting tenders to negotiating and finalizing of a job. Responsibilities also include promotion of products by organizing events, tradeshows and professional events to enhance awareness in the market. Excellent negotiation skills and contacts with consultants, contractors and end users are a must.
