I am a doctor with 20 yrs of experience after my graduation and have more than 15 yrs of experience as an HR & Operations Manager.
I did my M.B.B.S. from the prestigious Madras Medical College, India and completed my M.B.A. in H.R. I also did my Post Graduation in Hospital Administration from A.I.I.M.S., India and continued to do Post graduate courses in Industrial Hygiene& Medico Legal Systems. I also acquired Diploma in Computer Applications D.C.A. and have good computer skills.
I also did the Quality Management Systems & Internal Quality Auditor course from TATWEER, Dubai and did C.P.H.Q. (Certified Professional in Health Care Quality) course in Dubai.
In India, I had worked in 500 bedded hospitals as well as Medical College teaching Hospitals . I had the great honour and privilege to serve in the Indian defense Service both as a Lady Medical Officer as well as uniformed officer in the rank of Squadron Leader.
In U.A.E., I worked as an Administrative Medical Officer in a 250 bedded Teaching Hospital in Ajman and later as Administrative Medical Superintendent in Dr. Moopen’s Health care management group heading a hospital and 18 clinics in Dubai. I also was the Quality Manager and got JCI accreditation for one of their unit MDC in June, 2008.
From May 2008, I am working as Group Director for Lifeline Health care group heading a boutique hospital, a day care centre and clinic in Dubai. I would like to apply for the position of Hospital Administrator.
