I have worked for several organizations in responsible positions for 23 1/2 years in Sales & Marketing. I have held responsible positions in marketing for the Eastern, Western and Southern India handling the operations for different regions. I was responsible for the Sales & Marketing of the business unit through a team of Accounting, Administrative and Sales personnel.
My job consisted in planning and achievement of the annual sales and marketing targets, with overall responsibility for the profit center which consisted of several distributors and around 150 to 200 retailers varying upon the region.
I have also had a few years of experience in the BPO & BPS industries handling escalated issues in Customer Service from all over the world working in an IT environment.
