am a MBA graduate in HR with around 4 years of experience in HR domain mainly in HR operational activities.
My career exposure was associated with initially a Hongkong based MNC for 1 year through campus selection and later a construction company based out of India for around 3 years as a HR Officer.
HR Functions I handled
oPartners with employees and management to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws and standards.
oAssists assigned locations with recruitment activities includes developing job descriptions, preparing advertisements, liaisoning with external job consultants, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and makes recommendations to superiors for corrective action.
oResponds to employee relation issues.
oAssists HR in new hire onboarding, employee data administration, leave management and other areas as needed.
oFacilitates for the training schedules and orientation to the workforce.
oProcessing the appraisal systems on time.
oCreates and maintains reports and all personnel files.
Currently I am on my spouse visa and can join immediately as well.
