All have successfully taken part in Enoc Challenge III, a comprehensive training programme organised by the Emirates National Oil Company (Enoc) to prepare youth from less privileged background for a better future. During the course of the eight-week programme, Enoc staff helped the participants gain more confidence by exposing them to various training modules designed to strengthen their skills in computers, English language, problem solving, team building and customer care.
