Dubai: The Dubai Naturalisation and Residency Department announced that its working hours will begin from 8am to 5.30 pm during the month of Ramadan.

Employees will work five hours a day according to their duty schedules prepared by the department, which adopted the rotary system during the fast month, to meet the requirements of clients.

Major General Mohammad Al Merri, director of the department, said employees will be rotated as they work different shifts to meet the required working hours.

He added this flexible system has been implemented for the second executive year during Ramadan to facilitate the processing of clients' transactions and help them complete their applications easily.
