Abu Dhabi: KITAB has joined forces with the Academy for the German Book Trade and the Goethe-Institut Gulf Region to offer a world-class training programme for mid-management publishing professionals in the Arab World.
The training sessions will run until October 1 and will be led by internationally recognised industry experts and will focus on providing practical knowledge-building discussions aimed at industry professionals at the mid-management level from across the Arab world.
Topics up for discussion over the five days include the economic realities of a publishing house, planning and strategy and the legal background and practical aspects of licensing.
