Good talent management vital for innovation by organisations

A majority of organisations around the world believe that good talent management is important for innovation, as per a new survey.

 

According to an Economist Intelligence Unit report Talent strategies for innovation, a good majority (75 per cent) of the participants said good, effective management is very important for an organisation to innovate.
