A majority of organisations around the world believe that good talent management is important for innovation, as per a new survey.
According to an Economist Intelligence Unit report Talent strategies for innovation, a good majority (75 per cent) of the participants said good, effective management is very important for an organisation to innovate. On the other hand, 23 per cent said it is somewhat important, one per cent said it is not at all important and another one per cent opted for 'do not know' or 'not applicable'.
