DUBAI - The UAE is set to unburden residents from too much paperwork by merging applications for residency permits, labour cards and national IDs into a single card in July next year, local daily the National reported on Tuesday.
In a country where foreign workers outnumber local citizens, new residents have to prepare loads of documents as they settle in their jobs and homes.
