The Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (Seha) will open its new Disease Prevention and Screening Centre in Mussafah on Sunday.
The old facility in the same area will be shut down on the same day. The facility is managed and operated by its Ambulatory Healthcare Services (AHS).
The move is designed to meet the growing demand for the expanded availability of residence visa medical fitness tests.
The new centre is designed according to international standards, which aim to provide the best service through the smooth completion of screening procedures within the shortest possible timeframe.
The centre will function from 7am to 7pm, Sunday to Thursday, in order to keep pace with the remarkable growth in various sectors of commercial, industrial and urban spheres in Abu Dhabi.
